Pin Grabber Couplers
PSM pin-grabber couplers provide a host of features for Instant, Independent, and Innovative coupling. Available in both multi-model and OEM-specific models, we offer you the best coupling solution for your excavator. Configurations are available for both 3 and 2-line control circuits depending on machine size. The patented Nexgen configuration allows for instantaneous knuckle reset when an attachment is uncoupled.
The PSM Manual Pin Grabber is a less expensive alternative to Hydraulic Pin Grabbers. Ideal for applications that require less frequent attachments changes. The simple and robust ratchet-driven wedge system allows operators to efficiently change attachments without any hydraulics in the coupler.
specifications
- Wedgelock® Wedge locking principle used for primary lock
- I-Lock Safety Knuckle used for secondary locking on all hydraulic couplers
- Coupler body is constructed from heavy duty steel plate

Wedgelock® technology
PSM pin-grabber couplers use Wedgelock® technology to provide industry-leading ease of use and safety. Cascade, a PSM company, has been the exclusive manufacturer of Wedgelock® in the US for over 20 years.

PSM Innovation
Although Wedgelock® was, at one time, a unique technology, today the rear pin is now retained by wedges using wedgelock technology on all leading couplers. It is the industry standard for safe, reliable, and fast operation.

Built-In Safety
Cascade has continuously improved the PSM pin-grabber coupler with patented technologies. The Nexgen iLock® technology is the latest version using a patented automated front jaw providing automatic locking without a third hydraulic line.
Options
- Hydraulic I-Lock with 2-line control circuit/OEM control circuit uses Nexgen technology to automatically reset the safety knuckle.
- Hydraulic I-Lock with 3-line control circuit
- Hydraulic Tilting
- Multi-model attachment pickup
- Mechanical Manual Operation
- Custom solutions for mixed carrier/attachment pinup
